With the recent development of the Sri Lankan central bank deciding to float the rupee against the dollar (rupee no longer being artificially pegged towards USD), Ascentic peg our LKR salaries to SEK. 

With the current financial situation in the country and the effects it's having on the everyday lives of the Sri Lankan people, Ascentic took the decision to transfer all potential gain of the exchange rate depreciation of the Sri Lankan rupee to our crew. The scheme is made possible by the fact that Ascentic receives all our revenue in foreign exchange.
